Presenters
James Spelman
Assistant Director, Masters Admissions
James joined the Masters Admissions team in November 2022. In his role as assistant director, he assists with admissions operations activities and recruitment. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. James has worked in higher education recruiting since 2020. Prior to this, he worked in the events services industry where he was fortunate to have met and heard from some of the brightest minds in various industries. Outside of the office, James enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, playing board and card games, and spending time at his parent’s lake house in New York.
Emma Hindman
Admissions Counselor
Emma Hindman helps students who are interested in the MSBA program, acting as a main point of contact to answer any questions about the program, the admissions process or the Tepper School of Business. She also processes all applications, ensuring they are complete and ready for committee review.
Emma has worked in education for more than five years. She holds a B.A. in psychology from Dominican University and M.Ed. in higher education and student affairs from Loyola University Chicago.
